Chef Huong's kitchen sends out grilled New Zealand green mussels, crispy mini pancakes with shrimp, Vietnamese fish-sauce wings and marinated duck noodle soup, with vegan spring rolls and garlic bok choy for the table that eats differently. Craft drinks, a comfortable modern space, closed Mondays. Diners come back for the freshness and the plating; service can lag when the room fills. Worth the wait.
