José Andrés' mezze restaurant, transplanted to The Ritz-Carlton on Lincoln Road and running from breakfast through dinner seven days a week. The format is small plates drawn from Turkish, Greek and Lebanese cooking: hommus with tahini and harissa chili crisp, karpuzi me feta — compressed watermelon, ladolemono, kalamata, mint — octopus Santorini, and a long bench of vegetable, lamb and seafood mezze.
