Crusty rolls come layered with serrano ham and tomato, chorizo and manchego, Spanish omelette and alioli, or guava and cream cheese. Around them sit croquetas, gambas al ajillo, patatas bravas, chistorra cooked in cider and tablas of Iberian charcuterie, with pitchers of sangría or tinto de verano and churros, crema catalana or flan to finish.
