This is Venezuelan-inflected Miami street food, served on NW 1st Avenue: an all-beef hot dog dressed with mustard, ketchup, relish, onions and pickles, and the choriperro, a grilled sausage buried under shredded cheese, diced onion and jalapeno in a soft bun. Drinks skip the usual fountain lineup for Frescolita, Malta and Postobon Manzana. Weekend service stretches to two in the morning, and the same kitchen also takes catering bookings. The house promise is refreshingly blunt: if you do not like it, you do not pay.
