Florida's largest independent brewery began in 2013 with a domestic question: how do you put three daughters through college? The St. Pete tasting room now runs forty-two rotating taps across three bars and has no televisions anywhere, because the room was built for live music, games and company. Beer, cider, hard seltzer, sangria and non-alcoholic pours. The bar is one poured slab of concrete; a brick from the family's 1872 Louisville brewery anchors it. 3D Bites handles food — brewhouse nachos, mahi tacos, Cuban sandwiches, grass-fed sliders. Trivia Mondays, musical bingo fortnightly, weekday lunch specials. Nobody here hurries you along.
