Golf simulators glow along the wall of this Grand Central District clubhouse in St. Petersburg, where you can book a bay, order a round and stay for dinner. Walk-ins are welcome; membership simply unlocks more of it. The kitchen takes the food more seriously than the format suggests, sending out mini crab cakes, tuna tataki, signature wings, Pinsa Romana flatbreads, beer cheese tots and a chips-and-dip trio built for passing between swings.
