3G's is a New York-style deli and restaurant that has fed the Palm Beaches since 1986, and it has never quietened down. Corned beef and pastrami come piled high, brisket arrives under gravy, stuffed cabbage rolls sit in sweet-and-sour sauce. Homemade pierogies, potato pancakes, chopped liver, whitefish salad and a huge bowl of matzo ball soup fill out the middle. Breakfast omelettes are built on four eggs. Reuben sliders, brisket quesadillas and Angus burgers keep the daytime moving. Diners flag the same two things: portions built for sharing, and attentive staff. Half the sandwich usually goes home.
