HOLY SCHNITZEL – Middle Eastern

Holy Schnitzel started with siblings Sivan and Ofeer Benaltaba, who grew up in Staten Island wishing kosher fast-casual food actually tasted amazing. What began as a family idea, and a name that stuck after being kicked around as a joke, grew into a nine-location chain spanning New York, New Jersey and Florida. Every schnitzel is hand-breaded and fried fresh to order, paired with 25-plus house-made sauces including the signature Holy Sauce. The Hollywood, FL location operates under ORB kosher supervision, bringing that same golden-crispy schnitzel, along with burgers, wraps and salads, to South Florida.
