3 NATIVES BOCA – Restaurant

Tucked into the Shoppes of Blue Lake on Yamato Road, between an ale house and a doughnut counter, 3Natives Boca is run by Tyler Cameron and JP Caruso. The bowls arrive thick and sorbet-cold, granola underneath, fruit heaped on: the Estes Bowl with peanut butter and green apple, the PB&A, the Nutella Crunch. There are cold-pressed juices, smoothies including the dragon-fruit Pink Dragon, hot wraps like the Hot Chix and Spicy Jerk, sous-vide chicken salads and a breakfast board of bagels, burritos and multigrain toast. Doors open at eight, seven days a week. Boca's easy answer to the lunch question.
