4 ROOTS CAFE – Restaurant
A plant-forward lunch counter inside the Orlando Science Center, run by the 4Roots nonprofit and stocked from regional farms. The format is half grab-and-go, half build-your-own: bowls assembled from bases, vegetables, a protein and a house sauce, in three sizes. Beyond them sit a Mediterranean Greek salad with feta, kalamata olives and pepperoncini, a Cobb, chicken Caesar and turkey-bacon wraps, and baguette sandwiches including a mojo pork Cuban and a prosciutto-and-sopressata Italian. You can reach it through the park entrance without buying museum admission, and a food exhibit sits alongside. Midday hours only. Good food with a farm behind it.
