450 GRADI – Restaurant
On Miracle Mile the oven runs at 450 degrees, hence the name, and the truffle carbonara arrives finished tableside in a wheel of warm pecorino. 450 Gradi plays Italian with a little theatre: wood-stone pizzas from the Diavola to a stuffed-crust house pie finished with burrata, homemade pasta like Chef Candy stuffed with pear, gorgonzola and walnuts, ravioli of short rib in black truffle sauce, charred octopus served with fried polenta. Fresh black truffle and gold leaf are offered as add-ons. It runs until one in the morning, seven days a week. Dinner as a small performance, and priced accordingly.
