4D MTD – Restaurant

Artisanal Italian gelato, made to the tradition rather than around it, served from the 4D counter in Doral. The brand has spent nearly thirty years insisting on natural ingredients and no colouring agents, and the case reflects that discipline: pistachio, stracciatella, gianduia, amarena, dulce de leche, guava, mango, passion fruit, coconut, coffee, plus fruit sorbets and sugar-free chocolate. Coppas arrive layered with fruit and whipped cream, banana splits and amaretto sundaes included, and there are shakes, smoothies and Italian espresso for the walk back. A short savoury menu of focaccia, caprese and panini covers lunch. Sweet, cold, and unapologetically Italian.
