Doors open at seven in the morning, which tells you what to order first: baleadas, thick flour tortillas folded over beans, cheese and crema. From there the board runs through ceibeno de pollo, carne asada con todo, sopa de res and sopa de mariscos, seafood, soups and Honduran classics, with horchata and thick batidos to wash it all down. The recurring theme is scale, plates that comfortably feed two for the price of one. Service can run slow at peak. The food is worth the wait.
