The buffet is the main event at the Baymeadows room, and it is genuinely large, split into separate vegetarian and non vegetarian lines so neither is an afterthought. It runs weekdays from eleven until half past two, and until three at weekends, with the dining room open seven days into the late evening. Butter chicken, lamb rogan josh and oven fresh naan are what diners name first, and the mango soft serve at the end is remembered as often as anything hot. Curries, biryanis, tandoori plates and breads fill the rest. Go hungry, and pace yourself through the vegetarian side.
