The second Tallahassee outpost of a wing chain that began in Atlanta in 2008 and has since spread to seventeen kitchens across the Southeast. Nothing sits under a heat lamp here; every basket is fried to order, which is exactly why there is no drive-thru window. Choose a rub or a sauce: lemon pepper, honey lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, honey hot, honey mustard, sweet chili, Carolina gold, barbecue mild or hot. The rest of the board runs to Philly cheese sandwiches, chicken tenders, fried fish and shrimp baskets, fries and combos. Lunch through evening, Monday to Saturday. Sundays they rest.
