Everything here is dropped when you order it, which is why there is no drive-thru and why the line moves at its own pace. A Town Wings started in Atlanta in 2008 and now runs seventeen kitchens across the Southeast, two of them here in Tallahassee. Wings come sauced or dry-rubbed: lemon pepper, honey hot, garlic parmesan, honey mustard, sweet chili, Carolina gold, teriyaki, ranch rub. Beyond them sit Philly cheese sandwiches loaded with onions, peppers, mushrooms and melted cheese, chicken tenders, fried fish and shrimp baskets, fries and combo plates. Open Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. Worth the wait.
