The hotel now trades as AC Hotel Miami Wynwood, same Biscayne Boulevard building, and the reason to come is the roof. Elevar is an open-air lounge with rotating art installations and a long view across the Miami skyline to the water, serving a Latin-inspired menu of shareable plates: ceviche, street chips, the Guac and Roll burger, playful takes on street food. Craft cocktails run to the house margarita and a paloma, and a Golden Hour happy hour fills the early afternoon Monday through Thursday. Downstairs, European breakfast and a tapas lounge. Doors open at one, daily. Sunset does the rest.
