A roadside taco operation on US-92 in Plant City, doors open at ten and shut well before dinner. Tacos come plain and correct: your meat, onion, cilantro. Birria runs through nearly everything else. Quesabirrias are handmade tortillas dipped in consome and griddled with cheese, sent out with broth for dipping; there are birria nachos under salsa verde and jalapenos, a birria ramen, and a birria pizza for the table. Beyond that, huaraches and sopes loaded with beans, crema, queso fresco and avocado, plus flautas, tortas, burritos and aguas frescas. Prices out of step with how good it is. Go early.
