Venezuelan and Colombian street food off a truck on South Dixie Highway, cooked loud and stacked very high. The burgers are the calling card: patties buried under quail eggs, banana slices and crisp bacon in combinations that should not work and do. Hot dogs come drizzled with fiery salsas, buried in shoestring fries and Latin American cheeses. Beyond that it is patacones, salchipapas, arepas, cachapas, tequeños, chicken tenders, quesadillas and both Colombian and Venezuelan empanadas. Portions are enormous and the whole thing is built for late hours. Order more napkins than you think you will need. Then order the burger.
