New York-style pizza in the heart of Parkland, just off Trails End near North University Drive, from a South Florida pizzeria that has been at this since 1995. The crust is the point: crisp underneath, chewy through the middle, carrying a homemade sauce. Past the pies the board goes long, with calzones, strombolis, wings, salads, hot and cold heros, wraps, pasta dinners, and cannoli waiting at the end. The chicken parm and the garlic rolls have a reputation of their own. Everything is prepped in house daily on old recipes. Casual, family-friendly, and reliable enough that people order without reading.
