The folded flour tortilla comes stuffed with mashed fried beans, cheese and avocado cream, or built up with scrambled egg and chorizo for a heavier morning. Beyond that: pollo ceibeno, grilled steak plated with cream, cheese, avocado, sweet plantains, beans and warm tortillas, and a beef soup that regulars order in any weather.
