AMICI'S PIZZA & PASTA – Restaurant

In Park Square at FishHawk Ranch, this is the pizzeria the surrounding neighborhoods default to. The claim on the door is blunt, that it is not like New York pizza but is New York pizza, and the thin, crisp, foldable crust does most of the arguing. Alongside the pies come pastas, subs, salads, appetizers and baked entrees, with beer and a short list of specialty wines. Seating is outdoors only; takeout runs all day and delivery from late afternoon. Neighbors keep mentioning the crust and a hands-on owner. Closed Tuesdays, afternoons early in the week, midday onward Thursday through Sunday.
