CANOPY ROAD CAFE – Restaurant

The FishHawk Crossing room that traded as Canopy Road Cafe now operates as The Hawk, locally owned and aimed at Lithia families. The day splits into brunch and evening. Mornings bring the Classic, the Griddle, the Hash, Meatlovers, breakfast tacos and Italian toast. Evenings shift to shareables: deviled eggs, fried green tomatoes, sliders, steak nachos and wings, then sandwiches like the Hawk Philly, Jam and Hog and the Cali, plus salmon bowls, grilled chicken and steak with fries. Cheesecake and key lime pie close, and a kids' list runs sliders, tenders and quesadillas. Dirty sodas and sweet tea fill glasses.
