The kitchen makes its own flour tortillas, and they arrive alongside white queso bubbling in a cast iron skillet and Lily's made-to-order guacamole. Tacos come as pork carnitas, pork pastor glazed in sweet achiote with charred pineapple, blackened mahi, or cheddar-stuffed sweet potato.
