CUVEE 30A LLC – Restaurant

Chef Tim Creehan's fine-dining room at 30Avenue in Inlet Beach anchors the 30A stretch of the Emerald Coast, and it runs on precision. The kitchen sends out signature plates named for the musicians who inspired them, among them Amy Grant's seared rare tuna and Vince Gill's pecan-crusted grouper, alongside Maine lobster, filet mignon and New Zealand venison steak. Ossetra caviar with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and homemade chips opens an evening properly. The list has held Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence since 2016, and the bar discounts food and wine carafes at a happy hour in the bar.
