AMORINO GELATO – Restaurant
Gelato served as a flower, petal by petal, at the Westshore Boulevard shop, open every day from noon until ten. The counter holds gelati and sorbetti made in the Italian style and shaped onto the cone by hand, with pistachio and coconut among the flavours people ask for by name. Beyond the cone there are gourmet sundaes, thick milkshakes, gelato macarons, crepes, waffles, hot drinks and ice cream cakes made to order. What comes up again and again is the staff: patient with the samples, happy to talk anyone through the case. Theatrical, certainly. But the gelato earns the performance.
