Andretti Indoor Karting and Games on Universal Boulevard runs a proper restaurant alongside the racing: Andretti Grill does scratch American cooking with full table service, while the SkyBar pours craft beer, cocktails and wines from the Andretti label. Pizzas leave the wood oven as margherita and truffle mushroom as well as pepperoni and sausage; wings arrive in buffalo, lemon pepper or the house DAT sauce; burgers, a chicken sandwich, grilled ham and cheese and a buffalo chicken wrap fill the rest. Families stay longer than planned. Eat first, race second.
