APOLLO BEACH SOCIETY WINE BAR – Restaurant
A neighbourhood wine bar on Harbor Village Lane, veteran owned, run by a husband and wife who got engaged at a Napa winery and never quite recovered. The pour list is the point: over two hundred boutique wines available by the glass, sommelier-built flights, sparkling, dessert and port bottles, plus a hundred craft beers, ciders and meads. Small plates are made to pair rather than compete. Tuesday evenings bring a weekly Wine Society tasting, there is a wine club with four tiers, and bottles can be bought to take home. Closed Sundays. Come in for one glass, and learn something.
