Tucked into Harbor Village on the Apollo Beach waterfront, Latitudes is the neighbourhood's all-day room: lunch on the deck, live music Friday and Saturday, a bar that keeps going past midnight on weekends. The kitchen runs wide and Gulf-minded. Grouper bites and Maryland-style crab cakes to start, then grouper piccata, shrimp scampi, a ten-ounce ribeye or the chargrilled Latitudes burger. Flatbreads and tin can nachos hold the bar crowd. Regulars talk about the rotating daily specials and the water view more than anything on the printed menu. Casual, loud in the good way, open late.
