A Spring Hill neighbourhood bar on Kass Circle that opens at eight in the morning and does not shut until two, Aqua runs a full kitchen alongside a sushi menu, an unusual pairing for a room with free pool tables, darts and skee-ball. Wings are what people order and reorder, joined by chicken tender baskets with fries, Bavarian pretzels, mozzarella sticks and fried cheese curds. A DJ works Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights; karaoke and ladies' night fill the midweek. Regulars come back for the staff as much as the food, which tells you the kind of place it is.
