Open since 1988 in Sawgrass Village, reinvented in 2016, and still working a lakefront deck kept comfortable year-round by full climate control. Aqua Grill reads as steak and seafood, but the menu wanders further: lunch runs to char-grilled mahi mahi, shrimp and grits, chicken stir-fry and lobster ravioli primavera, while dinner brings live Maine lobster, baked rainbow trout, boneless beef short ribs and eggplant parmesan. Selections shift daily with whatever comes in. Lunch and dinner run daily. The bar is its own scene, loud with sports on game days, and private banquet rooms sit alongside.
