Hollywood Boulevard, noon until four in the morning, seven days a week: Areito runs on Dominican hours and Dominican sound. The kitchen works traditional Caribbean recipes with a modern hand, rotating in more than twenty new dishes each season across appetisers, mains and desserts, and the bar answers with artisanal tropical cocktails. Weekends bring Dominican brunch. The week is organised around music rather than quiet dining: Tuesday Tradicional, Thursday Típico, Friday Unlimited, plus karaoke nights, merengue and bachata. Reservations are taken, delivery runs alongside, and the room is built for groups. A restaurant early, a party by midnight, unapologetically both.
