Its Arepas Poderosas run to the Pabellon of shredded beef, black beans and sweet plantains; the Santa Fe with grilled chicken, avocado, corn and garlic-cilantro aioli; the Pelua piled with pulled beef and gouda; and the simple Domino. Beyond those sit pabellon criollo and protein bowls, patacon platters stacked on tostones, empanadas and tequenos. Vegan builds swap in plant-based cheese.
