ATELIER BEA – Restaurant
Doors open at six in the morning, which tells you who Atelier Bea is for: Miami's early shift, fed properly before the day starts. The kitchen leans Latin and Spanish, and it shuts at three. Breakfast covers huevos rotos, croque madame, a Latino Benedict, ricotta-and-honey toast and French toast. Soups change daily. Later the board turns to spicy tuna and avocado-salmon bowls, Thai green mango salad, a mahi-mahi fillet, croquetas, empanadas and pan con lechon, slow-roasted pork with mojo onions and pickles on Cuban bread. Batidos, milkshakes and real coffee round it out. A chef-run cafe that takes daytime seriously.
