AUSTON'S ON 98 – Restaurant

A 102-foot bar, thirty-two taps and thirty-seven screens set the tone at this Miramar Beach oyster house on Poinciana Boulevard. Raw oysters and freshly shucked little neck clams come with Ole 98's cocktail sauce; a broiled dozen arrives Rockefeller, bacon chipotle, or under garlic butter and parmesan. Nashville roots show in the hot fried oysters and the house Real Deal hot sauce. Smoked tuna dip, crispy shrimp wontons, totchos, shrimp cocktail and New England clam chowder round out the board. Happy hour runs three to six daily, three dollars off a raw dozen. Seven days, kitchen late Thursday through Saturday.
