Boca Raton's kosher Mediterranean corner leans hard on the grill and the salad spread. Hummus comes classic, with mushrooms, or buried under shawarma, alongside rotating bowls of matbucha, babaganoush, beets in tahini and Israeli pickles scooped up with pita. From the fire: beef kebab, pargiot, chicken shishkabob, schnitzel and ribeye sliced to order, plus a family meat feast built for a whole table. Falafel is made in-house with cilantro and chickpeas; sabich packs eggs, hummus, fried eggplant and amba into a pita. Moroccan cigars and beef sliders open the meal.
