Floor-to-ceiling murals, open-air seating and a kitchen visible from every table set the tone at this Palm Beach Gardens tapas, taqueria and tequila bar. Guacamole is the hook: traditional, pina asada with pineapple and adobo pepitas, chicharron with crispy pork belly, or camaron al pastor, and you can order all four. Tacos run from falafel to carne asada to pork belly al pastor. Bigger plates bring short rib birria tacos, chile relleno stuffed with shredded beef, grilled churrasco and fajitas de la cantina.
