Thirty years in, this family-run Mexican kitchen on Highway 50 still leans on ranch-country Jalisco: charro imagery, handcrafted margaritas, and food built from scratch. Order tacos de birria with consomme for dipping, tacos al pastor cut with pineapple, or fajitas that reach the table still spitting, whether chicken, steak, shrimp or the Patron version. Enchiladas Durango stacks three sauces on one plate; the Ay! Jalisco burrito arrives under queso. Whole fried red snapper and churrasco with chimichurri anchor the bigger plates. Guests keep returning for the margaritas and the welcome. Mi casa es su casa, and they plainly mean it.
