B POKE – Restaurant

A bright poke-and-sushi counter on West Broward Boulevard in Plantation, open late and built around bowls you design yourself. The Creative Bowl lets you pick every layer; the Trendy Bowl list does the choosing, with Ebi Kani, Mango Tango, Ruby Red and Hawaiian. Onigiri arrive stuffed with ikura, mentaiko, bonito or shrimp tempura. There are California, dragon and spicy tuna rolls, hand rolls, maki, teriyaki bowls of salmon, shrimp or fried tofu, chicken potstickers, seaweed salad and miso soup, plus late-night wings and fried rice. The bubble tea board runs deep: taro, brown sugar, Hokkaido, lychee, passion fruit. Closed Sundays.
