A roadside roastery on the Overseas Highway at mile marker fifteen, open every day of the year and pouring before most of the Keys is awake. Baby's has been roasting here since 1991, and the blends carry the island's humour: Key West Old Town Roast, Baby's Cuban Roast, Sexpresso. Order a cafe con leche or a colada at the counter, add an open-faced bagel with bacon, ham, Cuban or pizza toppings, or something from the pastry case. Frozen mango, banana and strawberry drinks handle the heat, and there is beer and wine. Shaded outdoor seating, free wifi and easy parking.
