A barbecue and seafood kitchen where the grill and the hibachi flat-top work side by side. Ribs come by the whole slab, half slab or short end; jerk and barbecue chicken scale from a quarter bird to a family platter. Hibachi rice bowls are the other half of the business, built with shrimp, crab, lobster or conch, eggs, scallions, carrots and garlic butter. There is a seafood boil, conch balls, lobster bites and specialty wings, with collard greens, macaroni and potato salad beside them. Sauces run mango chipotle, guava chipotle, jerk and the house Backyard Crack. Order by phone only.
