Bagels are hand-rolled and kettle-boiled to a recipe the Rosner family has been baking since 1975, and the flagel—their own flattened, crisp version—sits alongside. Pick a schmear: plain, scallion, lox, blueberry, everything, garlic and herb, jalapeno or olive. Then the deli side, with smoked lox and tuna salad sandwiches, salads by the pound, plus pastries and cookies. Early doors, closed Saturdays for Shabbat, back Sunday. Locals treat it as the dependable kosher breakfast.
