D'Lites Emporium has been selling ice cream with a healthy twist since 1982, when the very first shop opened in Plantation. The draw is the proprietary soft serve: low in fat, sugar, carbohydrates and sodium, cholesterol free, made without artificial sweeteners, and rich enough that most people never guess.
