BAGEL COVE RESTAURANT AND DELI – Restaurant
Open since 1988 on Biscayne Boulevard, Bagel Cove looks and sounds like a New York diner dropped into Aventura, and it runs seven in the morning to seven at night, every day of the week. Bagels are hand-rolled on the premises and joined by homemade bialys, onion boards and pockets. Nova is hand-sliced to order; the pastrami arrives stacked. Breakfast is served all day, which is half the appeal. There is a market counter for taking things home and a lighter wellness cafe menu for the uncommitted. Catering trays go out constantly. Aventura's original New York-style deli, and still busy.
