Bagels & Co – bagel_shop

The bagels are kettle-boiled, the smoked fish is hand-sliced, and the dairy is Cholov Yisroel throughout; the business is Shomer Shabbat. Past the bagel-and-schmear core there sit sandwiches, pastrami, salads, soups, pancakes and desserts, plus a catering arm built for events. Delivery reaches right across the city and pickup is local. A Manhattan morning routine that happens to be strictly kosher, without making a performance of it.
