Hand-rolled, kettle-boiled and baked on the premises every morning, on West 35th Street between Seventh and Eighth. The bagel list runs plain through pumpernickel to asiago, bialys alongside, and the spread board goes twenty deep: scallion, jalapeno, chipotle, sun-dried tomato, olive, lox, tofu versions too. Beyond that sit smoked fish boards with Atlantic salmon and whitefish salad, deli sandwiches from pastrami to prosciutto, breaded cutlet heroes, premium salads, omelettes served with home fries and toast, and a full espresso bar. The queue is long but it moves fast. Catering and delivery run all day. Come hungry; leave carrying a dozen.
