Bagels-N-Greens (18th Ave) – Restaurant

Borough Park's kosher dairy bagel counter on Eighteenth Avenue, trading today as Brooklyn Bagel BP after years under the Bagels N Greens name, and still built around the same two halves: a bakery and a salad bar. The Tourist stacks grilled lox, avocado and sunny-side-up eggs with garlic butter on an everything bagel. Sourdough crust carries the pizzas, including a falafel tahini version. Salad bowls run Mediterranean falafel with cabbage slaw and tahina, or tuna nicoise. Beyond that: sliced smoked fish, sourdough challah, focaccia, wraps, frappes, milkshakes, a Belgian chocolate cheese ring. Corporate platters and hot trays go out too.
