BAGELS WITH DELI – Restaurant

The dough starts around two in the morning; by seven the Northlake Boulevard counter is deep in Taylor ham. This is the Palm Beach Gardens outpost of a Delray Beach deli, open daily until mid-afternoon. Breakfast means egg sandwiches with names like the New Yorker, the Western and the Weight Watcher, three-egg omelets including an L.E.O. of nova and grilled onions, house-made corned beef hash, and smoked fish platters of whitefish salad and sliced nova. Lunch swings to Reubens, French dips, triple-decker sloppy Joes, matzoh ball soup and a half-pound prime burger. Bagels run plain through sesame, poppy and pumpernickel.
