BAIRES GRILL – Restaurant
Argentina landed on International Drive in March 2026, and Baires Grill's Orlando room keeps the group's habits intact: a working parrilla, an Argentine wine list, service that encourages lingering. Handmade empanadas, grilled provolone and beef carpaccio open the meal. The grill sends out certified Angus skirt steak, prime flap, picanha, short ribs, ribeye, New York steak and filet mignon; pastas run to lobster ravioli and pappardelle with mushroom ragu. Dulce de leche molten cake closes it. Early diners describe food that lands well and a room with music and genuine energy. Open until midnight on weekends. Well worth the detour.
