An Ocala bakery on North Magnolia Avenue built around the brownie, made with real butter, whole eggs, Callebaut Belgian chocolate and a measure of good spirits. Cookies, cake jars and rotating sweet treats fill the rest of the case, and the shop also packs chef-made, restaurant-style prepared meals to carry home. BrownieGrams turn the same product into a custom-labelled gift, shipped nationwide or collected in town. This is a pickup counter rather than a dining room, with a weekday afternoon window and a Thursday stall at the Circle Square Commons farmers market. Small batches, real butter, and no shortcuts anywhere.
